Derek Place10:18 AM (15 minutes ago)
Dear AllFurther to the 'throwaway' line by Dave Rowan for the treasurer to look at the accounts and see whether any compromise on fees could be made in view of the current financial position of clubs, I can confirm that the treasurer, together with the Finance sub committee have met and are making recommendations regarding fees for 2021.

Now comes the BUT! Fees etc have to be approved at General Meetings so it has been agreed that a Special General Meeting  will be virtually held and conducted by email. Thus the meeting will be deemed to have been held on Monday 15th March 2021 and you are ALL urged to reply to the following proposals, by email back to me please.

Proposal 1: That Capitation fees be set at Zero, Nil, Nothing, Nada for the 2021 season. (You are reminded that we have already agreed to not charge for competition entries in 2021. The only fees that will be charged are the Club Affiliation: £25 per club, Championship league fee: £25.00 per team, Combination rink league fee: £20.00 per team, Combination triples league fee: £15.00, match fee: £8.00.

Proposal 2: That said fees shall not be due until 31st May 2021. Invoices will be sent out on the 1st May. By agreeing to this proposal Rule 4 of the Constitution is temporarily suspended!

As I said (wrote) earlier please respond by email by the 15th March 2021 (Any votes cast after this date will not be considered but may  still be charged!!!).

Warm regards and looking forward to a playing season
